On September 10, 2026, 19 families received the keys to newly completed homes at the Stapleton Housing Development in St. Peter’s. The development forms part of the CR-NHC Public Benefit Option, a partnership involving ClientReferrals, the National Housing Corporation and the Citizenship Programme.
More than 100 affordable homes are expected to be delivered during 2026, supporting low- and middle-income families across St. Kitts and Nevis.
