- Pay the bond within 30 days
- Receive a single-entry visa valid for up to 3 months
- Enter the United States at commercial airports of entry
3. Refund Conditions
Upon return home, the bond will be automatically canceled and refunded once all visa requirements are met, including:
- Not working in the United States
- Departing on time
4. Important Notice
DON’T PAY YOUR VISA BOND IN ADVANCE!
Paying a bond before your interview does not guarantee a visa.
A consular officer will give you a direct link to pay.gov and instructions for payment AFTER your interview.
