Equity Investment
€50,000 equity investment in a Latvian company (provided that the company annually pays at least €40.000 in taxes). With a holding period of five years. In addition to €10,000 donation.
Real Estate
Minimum €250,000 investment in real estate requires a 2% state fee for the transfer of ownership title and an additional 5% state fee for residency, payable upon issuance of residency.
