Eligibility Criteria

• To Be Over 18 years old. 
• Be a non-EU/ EEA citizen. 
• Have health insurance for the main applicant (and their family members if applicable) for one year.
• Sufficient fund to support their stay in Latvia: The amount should be demonstrated as a minimum of 8,400 EUR separately for the main applicant and their spouse, and 3,500 EUR for each child.

Investment Options

• Equity Investment 

€50,000 equity investment in a Latvian company (provided that the company annually pays at least €40.000 in taxes). With a holding period of five years. In addition to €10,000 donation. 

• Real Estate 

Minimum €250,000 investment in real estate requires a 2% state fee for the transfer of ownership title and an additional 5% state fee for residency, payable upon issuance of residency.

• Capital Deposit 

Depositing minimum €280,000 in a Latvian bank for a period of five years, along with a one-time government fee of €25,000.

• Investment Bonds 

€250,000 investment in special-purpose, interest-free bonds, along with a one-time government fee of €38,000.
