• ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR A WORK PERMIT AND RIGHT TO ESTABLISH A BUSINESS IN MALTA.
• HIGH STANDARD EDUCATION AND HEALTHCARE SYSTEM.
• ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR CITIZENSHIP IN MALTA AFTER 5 YEARS RESIDENCE.

LEASING OPTION

•  The minimum annual price is 10,000 in the South of Malta
  /Gozo or 12,000 in the rest of Malta, for a minimum of 5
  years.
•  + government contribution 98,000 (to be settled within 8
  months) + donation of 2,000 to a local philanthropic, cultural,
  scientific, artistic, sport or animal welfare NGO registered
  with the Commissioner of Voluntary Organizations.
• Pay 40,000 non-refundable administration fee.

PURCHASING OPTION

• If purchasing, the minimum price is 300,000 in the South of
  Malta/Gozo or 350,000 in the rest of Malta, for a minimum
  of 5 years.
• + government contribution 68,000 (to be settled within 8
  months) + donation of 2,000.
•  Pay 40,000 non-refundable administration fee.
