Investment Options

Real estate, land development and infrastructure projects

  • €2,000,000 or more for the purchase or construction of a residential or commercial property
  • Additionally, a government donation of €150,000 must be made

Application Process

Step 1:

  • The clients’ passport is pre-screened to ascertain eligibility
  • The client signs a Client Engagement Agreement with ROC Citizenship
  • The client makes their first Payment of ROC Citizenships’ professional fees

Step 2:

  • The Client selects their property remotely or visits the project in Cyprus
  • The client signs a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and transfers funds to a secure escrow account
  • The developer issues a receipt (a requirement for the Citizenship application with the Cyprus Ministry of Interior)

Step 3:

  • The client has their biometric data collected
  • Upon the governments’ approval of citizenship, the clients’ Cypriot passport is issued
